LIC high concentration organic wastewater anaerobic biological treatment technology

The LIC anaerobic bioreactor is composed of two reaction chambers with different kinetic processes, which is equivalent to two UASBs superimposed. It is divided into five functional zones from top to bottom: mixing zone, first anaerobic zone, second anaerobic zone, sedimentation zone and gas-liquid separation zone. It realizes internal circulation through biogas lifting, keeps the lower reaction chamber at a high hydraulic load, strengthens the contact and mass transfer between granular sludge and organic wastewater, greatly improves the digestion rate of organic matter and the organic load of the reactor, and is conducive to improving the removal of organic pollutants.

LIC technology has the advantages of high volumetric load, low energy consumption, low investment, small footprint, good effluent stability, strong resistance to shock loads, strong resistance to low temperatures, and short start-up cycle. The operating load is more than three times higher than that of ordinary anaerobic reactors, reaching 30 to 40 kgCOD/m3•d.

1. Livestock and poultry, breeding wastewater treatment;

2. Treatment of landfill leachate;

3. Treatment of food, chemical, papermaking, printing and dyeing and other high-concentration industrial wastewater.
